As part of Wellness Month this January, join us for a fun and energising boxing workshop for kids, every other Saturday – on the 11th and 25th, from 12pm to 1pm.
In collaboration with Box Up Gym, our neighbours at Ilford, this class is perfect for kids of all levels – no experience is required! It's a great way for children to stay active, learn new skills, and have fun in a positive, supportive environment. Whether your child is a beginner or has some experience, this session is designed for everyone in the community to enjoy.
