Description
Quite literally an amalgamation of the Asian cuisines from Korea, Japan and Taiwan, KOJAWAN is the ingenious culinary adventure from avid restaurateurs Bjorn Van Der Horst (of La Noisette and Eastside Inn) and Omar Romero (from Rhodes Twenty Four, Rosewood).
Perched atop the 23rd floor of the Hilton Metropole, KOJAWAN is something of a futuristic sky high dining experience inspired by the traditional Japanese gastropubs known as Izakaya. Manipulating the distinct flavours and culinary landscapes of the cities Seoul, Tokyo and Taipei, you can expect to dine on ultimately creative and original plates.
With more than a few trick up their sleeves for this edgy opening, the food is set to wow as well as the bar.
