28°-50° have opened doors to a brand new addition in the heart of Oxford Circus.

With a love of wine and modern European cuisine, Executive Head Chef Julien Baris heads up the kitchen, producing a seasonal selection of plates that include everything from sharing platters and light dishes to big grill bites.

Wine isn't just something 28°-50° do, they do it well. With in-house sommeliers to hand, guests can expect everything from expect pairings to delicious wine tastings. All supported by an impressive cocktail menu.

    Having grown up in the world-renowned Bordeaux region of France, Julien’s love of premium cuisine and world-class wines was instilled from a young age. He honed his craft in the kitchens of a number of Michelin-starred restaurants in France and moved to London to work as the Head Chef at Aubaine, before joining 28°-50° in 2014. Julien leads a skilled team of talented international chefs to deliver delicious, seasonally-led Modern European dishes.
