Description
The second outpost from the La Tagliata Italian Kitchen family.
Following on from the success of their Spitalfields restaurant, La Tagliata is giving Fitzrovia is taste of true Italian food. Split between a 60-cover restaurant and a 25-cover wine bar, the venue offers the same traditional cuisine of its sister site, but with the addition of the wine bar which is stocked with around 50 different bottles to sample.
Owners Carlo Palumbo and Lorenzo Boldi, two City workers turned restaurateurs, took over the location from Sardinian restaurant Sardo. Their menu pays homage to its predecessor with head chef Antonio Tonelli bringing his own take on Sardo's signature crab linguine.
