Description
Pisqu is a Peruvian restaurant and pisco cocktail bar introducing flavours from the Amazon and Andes to Fitzrovia’s burgeoning food quarter. A hot new eatery opening for breakfast, lunch and dinner from a stylish corner plot on Rathbone Place, expect to find vibrant, bold and colourful cuisine inspired by Lima’s foodie scene.
Head chef William Ortiz and his kitchen team use top quality, healthy and natural superfood ingredients for the bulk of their menu. Signature plates include Hot Ceviche, Chicharron and Lomo a la Parilla, with guests able to learn a little extra about Peruvian cuisine at Pisqu’s Ceviche Masterclass sessions.
If you’d prefer to keep the focus on knocking back a few Pisco Sours, there’s a 12-seater cocktail bar for that. Pull up a stool and survey a good selection of mixed drinks once again inspired by the tastes and flavours of Lima, with plenty of beers and wines for good measure.
