Rai also offers seasonal
creative and classic tasting menus, and an a la carte menu in the
beautiful Japanese Garden that will transport you to a completely
different world, and the inventive menu makes the whole dining
experience even more magical. Only 5 tables are available, so book

Expect only the very best
ingredients at RAI, including fresh, hand-dived scallops in
Scotland, Sapuku - the finest nori from Japan's Ariake Sea,
Koshihikari rice, freshly grated wasabi, and five-year aged soy
sauce aged in a 100-year-old cedar barrels.
