Explore and taste some of the world’s most exciting labels at our new whisky club for women.
The world of whisky isn’t just for men – it’s for everyone. To redress the balance somewhat, we’re launching our very own whisky night for women and non-binary people in collaboration with Mangrove, an award-winning spirits distributor. Whether you’ve never had the spirit before, or are already a dab hand with a dram, this one’s for you.
The first event in this series, hosted by Mangrove’s Emma Heron-Smith at our new Salon bar, will centre on Spearhead, an innovative Loch Lomond-based distillery who produce single-grain, 100% malted barley whiskies using infrared toasted barrels. Our internationally-renowned drinks consultant Julian de Féral has used their blends to create a couple of next-level cocktails for the occasion, which you’ll enjoy while learning more about the distillery and the whisky scene more generally. Come for the cocktails, stay for a whole new perspective on the world of whisky.

You are welcome to dine with us before or after this event in the Cellar, our all-day cafe, counter and bar.
Our all-day menu has been created by award-winning chef Andrew Clarke and serves up expertly crafted, seasonal dishes inspired by Andrew’s travels. Alongside fixed signatures such as Dexter beef with straw chips, Celeriac schnitzel, and Mutton merguez flatbread, we offer a daily-changing pasta dish and rotating seasonal specials.
Our drinks menu features elegant and creative cocktails alongside wines from Central Europe and beyond. Double Down for £12: from 5-6pm each afternoon we’ll serve you two of any of our selected cocktails, or glasses of our house wines, for £12. Both drinks must be consumed by the same person and not shared. This offer is extended to 7pm for Members of Kindred.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
