From publishing to becoming fully fledged members of the restaurant and bar industry, the brains behind the wine and food entertainment magazine, Dan Keeling & Mark Andrew are set to open their first venture under the same publication title, Noble Rot. Tapping into a gap in the market for a wine bar that serves fine foods too, the boys are set to open Noble Rot this November with infamous chefs from the iconic The Sportsman restaurant in tow.

Righto. Quite fitting really as this is all about a new dedicated wine bar coming to Holborn. The most important difference from other wine bars to note is the establishment boasts an equal awareness and need for exquisite foods. Inspired by the chic, classic wine bars of our French belle Paris, Noble Rot hopes to be a sweet little soiree of Franglais cuisines and fine global wines. And we can see just that coming together nicely quite frankly.
