Description
CôBa is a Vietnamese restaurant and bar based on North London's York Way. Just a stone's throw away from the Caledonian Road & Barnsbury station, this quaint, stripped-back venue plates up traditional dishes with a modern twist.
The new restaurant is the brainchild of Vietnamese-Australian supperclub enthusiast Damon Bui, who was first inspired to take on such a bold venture by his mother's traditional cooking. Expect to find a range of barbecued meats, cooked over a charcoal grill and served on a noodle salad. To wash this all down, the flamboyant cocktail menu features a selection of tea and sorbet-based cocktails (pictured), all infused with a variety of international spirits.
