Kitchenette

Kitchenette have opened a restaurant under Stevie Parle's Dock Kitchen, taking their original street food spec from temporary set-up to permanent plot.

The concept is simple - a nurturing and hatching space for London's latest and greatest food entrepreneurs and talented chefs. Knowing the saturated restaurant industry is a tough cookie to crack into for prospective foodies, Kitchenette acts as a sort of incubator for food start-ups offering a hoard of esteemed mentors from the likes of London's most successful restaurant chain's: MEATLiquor, Pret a Manger, Dishoom and HIX group (to name only a few).

Kitchenette serves up a squeaky clean space for chefs to bring their food concepts from brain to practice in a real dining den. Working to 6 week rotations of pop-up start-ups, the likes of The Good Egg, Kushi's and Kimchinary have stormed Kitchenette to move on to greener, solo pastures in the big wide world of the restaurant business.
