Byron was by inspired by the founder's visit to the USA, where he savoured burgers and observed the absence of a great burger in the UK. Since 2007, Byron has been committed to creating exceptional burgers.
Byron partnered with Alden's, a trusted family butcher, to develop their signature Byron patties. Using a blend of Brisket, Chuck, and Rip Cap cuts, the beef is ground down to create the patties that we know and love today. On top of the great burgers, Byron also showcases their sides, from buffalo wings to cheesy bites, to loaded tots, ready to be enjoyed with one of their sodas or craft beers.
