With her passion for capturing stories through art and her unique style of drawing from life, Shelley will add a new dimension to the experience for guests. Her discipline and commitment to daily drawing practice align with The Milestone Hotel and Residence's dedication to offering our guests the highest level of service and attention to detail.

London Tea Tour with PMD Tea 

The Milestone Hotel and Residences are thrilled to announce a collaboration with PMD Tea, offering a unique walking tour experience for guests to explore London’s lost tea history. Travel through significant locations linked to the city's pivotal role in the global tea trade, uncovering how an island nation emerged as a prominent figure in the tea industry. This immersive journey unveils London's vibrant tea heritage and provides participants with an engaging and educational experience.

The tour concludes with an iconic black cab transfer to The Milestone Hotel & Residences, followed by a guided Afternoon Tea featuring tea recommendations, pairings, and stories tied to the featured teas and their origins.

The tour price is determined by the group size and includes the tea walk, black cab transfer, and a traditional Afternoon Tea at The Milestone Hotel & Residences, priced at £235 per person, with a minimum group size of two.

Chenestons Restaurant 

Deriving its name from an early spelling of Kensington, Cheneston's is our intimate and elegant fine dining restaurant, offering delicious British cuisine. Our passion for comforting and creative cuisine comes to spectacular life in Cheneston’s. Executive Chef Daniel Putz creates warming signature dishes inspired by our founder, Beatrice Tollman, which are served alongside a range of delicious British options, such as Scottish salmon cured by H.Forman & Son, London’s oldest smokery and carved right at your table, and delicious daily roasts presented on a silver trolley.

Cheneston's Tasting Menu 

Executive Chef, Daniel Putz, and his team are committed to using sustainable supplies wherever possible and the very best seasonal ingredients, sourced from around the British Isles for our menu. Included within the menu are favourite dishes from Beatrice Tollman, Founder & President of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection.
These recipes have either been passed down in the family or discovered whilst travelling, and all have been perfected from her personal experience and expertise in the kitchen.

• Tasting Menus are available during Dinner service each day and advanced booking is encouraged.
• These menus are created as a journey so it is with regret dishes cannot be substituted.

Step inside The Milestone’s newly renovated Stables Bar, named as an homage to the original use of the building in which it resides. Panelled with dark wood, sporting sophisticated leather and tartan-clad soft furnishings and paintings from Belgian sporting artist Elie Lambert, the Stables Bar provides a refined and comfortable setting. Green leather banquettes and moodily lit corners contrast beautifully with the natural light that streams into the high-ceilinged conservatory space.

Resident Bar Manager Angelo's creative mixology skills are sure to make your time at the Stables Bar a true event, while an elevated bar menu from Executive Chef Daniel Putz provides mouthwatering moments.
