Fellini is a chic yet unpretentious Italian restaurant and bar, founded by the team behind the legendary 90s haunts of the same area, Paparazzi Café and Pizza Pomodoro. Both restaurants quickly became synonymous with ‘La Dolce Vita’ lifestyle with many high profile celebrities often spotted enjoying pizza and a cocktail in discreet corners, photographs of which are now featured on Fellini’s new website.

Owner/founder Tony Aalam commented, “We are all about amiable old-school hospitality and building strong relationships within the community. We like to get to know our customers and what they like – hence why our menu features favourite Italian classics as well as vegan options and of course, home made pizza! Unlike many commercial venues, we treat everyone as a VIP.”

Situated in one of London's most affluent neighbourhoods, yet away from the hustle and bustle of Draycott Avenue’s commercial end, Fellini offers an informal dining experience that is both refined and relaxed with all-day dining to suit business lunches and sociable dinners with friends and family.

This modern dining room, seating 75, is spacious and beautifully designed, featuring classic retro colours of burnt orange and racing green. Walls are adorned with striking black and white photography, capturing the essence of this romantic era, nostalgically referred to as La Dolce Vita and naturally a nod to Fellini himself. The open-plan layout, featuring an open kitchen, provides an interactive dining experience, making it the perfect venue for family gatherings, plus large parties and special events, whilst comfortable corner booths afford diners a level of intimacy for business lunches or romantic dinners. Clever acoustics ensure you can enjoy a cosy conversation above the ambient music, with a smooth transition from dining to partying on weekends, where they up the ante with DJs and live music, making Fellini an obvious choice for a fun night out or celebratory event.

Fellini’s kitchen focuses on offering excellent value for money when compared to some of its neighbourhood counterparts with a weekday set-lunch menu tipping the scales further in their favour. The a la carte menu showcases a curated selection of Italian classics, each dish crafted to bring out the rich, authentic flavours of Italy with an honest and uncomplicated approach.

A carefully-considered and balanced wine list features many Italian classics, including a Chianti Classico DOCG Castello D’Albola from Tuscany, the perfect pairing for the creamy penne dish; and Vermentino, Siddura, a stand-out 100% vermentino from Sardinia, with a crisp acidity and subtle sweetness that harmonises beautifully with the spicy tomato-based sauce of their Spicy Prawn Linguine. 

Nearby attractions, well within walking distance, include the National History Museum, Royal Albert Hall, Harrods, Cadogan Hall and the Chelsea Flower Show, making it an ideal pre and post-event choice.
