What they say:
The Brew Cafe brand extends its reach to South West London with their latest all-day dining restaurant and retail shop, Antipodea, in Kew. Based only a stone's throw away from Kew Garden station, this new venue plates up a menu of internationally-inspired dishes, revolving around a wood-fired pizza list and featuring a line-up of seasonal plates. Accompanying the delicious cuisine, the venue offers a diverse list of fresh coffees, smooth juices, craft cocktails and fine wines. Guests also have the option to purchase freshly baked goods and pre-made dishes at the in-house shop.
What we say:
London has seen its fair share of restaurant-bar-shop combinations open over the last few years, and thankfully for the Antipodea team, Kew is the ideal setting for such a spot. Bursting with both young couples and young families, the serene setting of the town will mirror that of the new venue. And given that the Brew brand looks likely to opening their own farm in the Chilterns next year, only the finest herbs, fruit and vegetables are going to be used here to create their selection of seasonal dishes. Refreshing and taking inspiration from a variety of different culinary traditions, the Antipodea name is here to stay.
