Description
Beginning in Brighton in 2015, popular pizza restaurant Fatto A Mano has made its way to the capital. Their King's Cross venue is just a stone's throw from the station, specialising in Neapolitan pizzas and great beer.
Their dough is made fresh every single day, proved for at least 24 hours, before cooking it at 450 degrees for no more than 90 seconds to achieve the perfect consistency. Toppings range from spicy nduja to pesto and buffalo mozzarella, with gluten-free and vegan options available too.
As for the venue itself, expect laid-back, modern interiors and a gorgeous outdoor terrace to boot.
