MEATliquor has brought its trademark fusion of succulent burgers and delicious cocktails to King’s Cross in London.
The venue is a no-nonsense establishment that focuses on two of life’s greatest pleasures: meat and booze. Their pride and joy are the burgers, which range from things as basic as a cheeseburger to a Green Chili Cheeseburger to a Dead Hippie burger, which is constructed from two French mustard-fried beef patties, secret dead hippie sauce, cheese, pickles and minced onions. They also offer a selection of chicken dishes, including burgers, buffalo wings and chicken strips alongside hearty dishes of fries slavered in a variety of sauces.
Their cocktail list places classics with a twist like Dry Daiquiri next to bespoke, house mixtures like the Game Over, which is a head-spinning mix of vodka, gin, rum, tequila, triple sec, Pisang Ambon, absinthe, fresh lemon juice and topped with tropical Red Bull. They also have a limited wine and beer list and wonderful shakes, that are served either soft or hard.
