There are few spots on the London landscape as striking as Searcys at The Gherkin, where a taste of the high-life awaits. Searcys introduces HELIX Restaurant and IRIS bar; now open to the public for the first time.
PRIVATE DINING ROOMS
Open for daytime functions, the sky-high rooms by Events at The Gherkin are ideal for dining and celebratory gatherings in the heart of the City. Sitting high above London on the 38th floor of this Norman Foster-designed building, the rooms were aptly named after clouds: Alto, Cirrus, Stratus, Cumulus and Nimbus offer stunning vistas, catering excellence and impeccable service. Designed with flexibility in mind, the recently refurbished rooms provide a space for small, targeted conferences for 18 delegates or larger parties of up to 100 guests. Events, private dinners or conferences at The Gherkin are lavishly catered for with bespoke breakfast, lunch and dinner menus that bring to life Searcys’ passion for British produce and seasonality.
Booked individually the cloud-inspired rooms are ideal for up to 50 guests dependent on the layout, while double rooms or whole floor booking allow for larger gatherings of up to 130 guests. Each rooms offer multiple screens, lapel mics and docking stations, as well as an on-site engineer on hand to ensure presentations go smoothly.

Standing 180m tall at 30 St Mary Axe is the towering London venue known as The Gherkin. With its striking architecture, designed by the world-renowned Lord Norman Foster, it is one of the most prestigious and iconic venues in London.
Exclusively occupying the top three floors, Searcys at The Gherkin provides world-class catering and drinks at this unique landmark thanks to an eclectic roster of cocktails set alongside bites and stunning plates in the restaurant. From private dining to exclusive events, Searcys can cater for birthdays, glamorous nights and high-end events aplenty.
IRIS BAR
Perched high above the city in the iconic dome, IRIS Bar offers epic 360° views of London. Enjoy a cocktail or a vintage cuvee with an unforgettable backdrop of the capital. Now open to the public from 7.30am to 11pm.
