With a devoted following in their hometown of Hong Kong, Shiro’s cuisine draws inspiration from Tokyo’s vibrant culinary scenes in Ginza, Shinjuku, and Shibuya – delivering a contemporary twist while honouring the essence of Japanese cuisine right in the heart of the City of London.
Their menu features Shiro’s innovative Crystal Sushi, layering flavours onto traditional sushi, delicious ramen crafted from the chef’s 50-year-old family recipe, and rare edomae sushi. It’s a showcase of contemporary Japanese cuisine that remains rooted in tradition.
Shiro is open for reservations Monday through Saturday, though walk-ins are always welcome too.
