Description
Hawksmoor is renowned throughout London for plating up some of the most beautiful steaks in the city, so news of their latest opening in Borough is any meateaters dream.
That’s right, co-owners Will Beckett and Huw Gott are spreading the Hawksmoor love once again, launching their 6th restaurant on Winchester Walk, close to Borough Market, in February 2017.
Borough Market is where many of the group’s producers ply their trade - so it only seemed right to open a restaurant close to the source - and the eatery will be based inside a majestic 19th century building. Hawksmoor Borough will open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week, and will act as a precursor for the group’s New York City restaurant, which is scheduled to open inside the World Trade Center at the end of next year.
