Hixter

Originally a metal box factory, Hixter is lauded as one of the most unique and versatile venues south of the river, just a stone's throw from Borough Market. 

The main dining room features a baby grand piano, contemporary artwork and a striking open-plan kitchen, built with the Himalayan salt bricks that are used to age their beef.

Hixter offers a variety of flexible private dining spaces for corporate and social events, and is also licensed for wedding ceremonies.

Chicken and steak form the heart of the menu, with fish & seafood dishes influenced by Mark’s travels. Bottomless Brunch is served every weekend with roast every Sunday. 

Perfect for drinks receptions, private dining, and breakfast meetings, the Bull Room is a opulent and large space complete with big windows and velvet curtains, whereas the CNB dining room is beautiful spot encircled with Luke Embden's pop-art mural and bathed in natural daylight. 

Tucked away downstairs you'll find Mark's Bar, a hidden gem boasting luxurious cinema-style seating and a sunken bar, creating an impressive setting for group dining or drink parties. Groups of six or more can also take advantage of their cocktail masterclasses. 

Mark Hix also hosts Carving masterclasses bi-monthly in the Bull Room.
