- Fine Dining Restaurant
Description
Named after the Korean word for pine needle, often used in East Asian cuisine, Sollip is a high end restaurant in London Bridge that combines traditional Korean techniques with European influences, largely French.
These guys have received a Michelin star for their high quality cooking, with a Korean husband and wife team running the kitchen. All of their dishes are beautifully presented, served in the form of four or seven-course tasting menus for lunch or dinner. Their sample plates include baby artichoke with lobster and their signature Daikon tarte Tatin, with a vegetarian option available too.
As for the venue itself, expect stylish white interiors filled with natural light, as well as pretty plants hanging from the walls.
