Come and join us for a fun and informative evening of good food and butchery. The class will run for approximately 1 to 1½ hours in which our resident butcher George will discuss different breeds, animal husbandry and what to look for when shopping for meat. He will expertly demonstrate how to cut the meat into its primal cuts and give advice on preparation and best cooking techniques, so you can wow your friends and family at home!
Tickets are £95pp and include:
- Canapés with wine or beer on arrival
- Demonstration-based class for 1 to 1½ hours
- Delicious two-course meal cooked by our chefs with matching wine
