What they say:
The goal at Firebrand is to bring “exceptional pizzas - some classics and a few originals” to the Marylebone masses. These Neapolitan-styled beauties come cooked via a wood-fired oven, and the industrial interior design is characterised by raw brickwork, parquet table tops and leather Chesterfield sofas. Firebrand also offers a choice of pasta dishes as well as a drinks menu made up of cocktails, wines and craft beers.
What we say:
The brainchild of marketing expert Guy Holmes and Bibars Ozdamir, who owned the acclaimed fine-dining Ozz restaurant, there’s already plans in place to grow the Firebrand name once this Lisson Grove has its feet under the table. Fusing a relaxed ambience with high-quality food and drinks, expect an authentic Italian experience with a chef hailing from Naples pulling the strings in the kitchen.
