Description
Pachamama is where Peruvian inspired fare meets top quality British ingredients. Tapping into the trend for this increasingly popular South American cuisine in the heart of Marylebone, the venue takes the form of a welcoming 120-cover restaurant, with three private dining rooms and a 16-seater cocktail bar for company.
The menu features great strength in depth, and you can pick up a host of ceviche dishes as well as a range of seafood and meat plates that come courtesy of the Robata Grill. Can't make your mind up? Just go for Pachamama's tasting menu at £35 a head. The restaurant takes great pride in sourcing its ingredients responsibly, with all seafood plucked from Britain's coast and all meat coming from farms in Yorkshire.
Booze-wise, we're talking creative cocktails that go hard on the pisco front. Pachamama also dedicates a healthy section of its drinks menu to British vodka and gin distilleries, as well as a range of beers brewed right here in the capital.
