Pachamama whips the finest British produce into shape using Peruvian-inspired cooking methods with mouth-watering results. Expect anything from salmon, watercress and beetroot ceviche to Gloucester Old Spot pork ribs, and we’ll need to schedule in some time to visit the intimate cocktail bar too. It’ll make quite the splash by teaming pisco with elderflower and seasonal fruits, as well as featuring a host of London-brewed beers for our supping satisfaction.

Peruvian eats are all the rage at the moment, but rarely will you find an eatery marrying these exotic methods with British ingredients so closely. With an esteemed head-chef in the form of Tom Catley at the helm we can be sure of high standards, and the cosy cocktail bar with room for just 16 revellers will provide the perfect spot for a pre-dinner liquid delight.
