There’s a new private members’ club in town, but this one is focused on changing the world. The Conduit exists to bring together everyone from entrepreneurs and investors, to business leaders and policy makers into one space so they can tackle the world’s problems in one space. And that’s where the restaurant comes in, with its goal promoting the concept of sustainability. Brought to you by Merlin Labron-Johnson (of Michell-starred Portland and Clipstone), the 36-cover site works exclusively with certain producers. This means that they have to take whatever they’re selling at that point of the year, so the menu is essentially dictated by those suppliers. Hopefully, that creates some really interesting dishes.
