Description

Two big names are joining forces to bring a new dining concept to a two-storey Georgian house in Mayfair. Tony Conigliaro, the master mixologist, and former elBulli chef Rob Roy Cameron are expanding their dynamism from untitled in Dalston to this swish affair in Central London.

The first floor will be the kitchen's domain with a menu of European small plates that are created according to what is in season and at the market. Think plates such as halibut and elderflower and monk fish and burnt seeds. Conigliaro will turn the second floor into a den of mixology, with the award-winning bar tender focusing on Champagne for his libations.
