Tucked away behind a hidden doorway on Park Lane, Sushi Kanesaka is a Michelin-star Japanese restaurant where you'll really get to experience your meal.
Run by renowned sushi chef Shinji Kanesaka and his team from Tokyo, this place specialises in omakase dining. Tradition can be seen in the ice chests first used during the Edo period, with more modern touches along the way such as the sleek, contemporary design of the dining space, which only fits a handful of people at a time.
Take a seat at the counter at either 6.30 or 8pm, where you'll be treated to 17 courses of deliciously authentic fare, which changes on a daily basis depending on what's available.
