Expect stylish wooden interiors and cosy booth seating, facing the open kitchen where you can watch as chefs expertly prepare your food. Their authentic Japanese dishes are made using largely UK-sourced ingredients, promising amazing flavours and beautiful presentation with each of their dishes.
Executive Chef Ryo Kamatsu prides himself on traditional, humane preparation methods, creating a la carte and set menus full of fresh fish, meat and vegetable dishes. Think grade 11 Japanese wagyu steak, homemade tofu with ginger and sashimi selections, with a matcha green tea dessert to finish.
