Description
Headed up by Chef Luca Depalo, Andina is an all-day, informal neighbourhood restaurant serving healthy food and drinks inspired by the ancient cooking of the Peruvian Andes, with a slick London twist. Expect small plates like the delicious ‘sivinche' - an ancient take on ceviche, big plates like Olluco potato locro, broad beans and roast pumpkin, and sharing feasts of braised adobo pork leg and 80 day aged Herdford sirloin. The buzzy bar, specialises in punchy pisco-based cocktails and innovative mocktails.
Echoing the traditional picanteria, the open kitchen and a home style chef’s table designed to put the chefs in the limelight, whilst Peruvian contemporary art fill the restaurant with vibrant colour to complement the bright dishes and drinks.
