The debut restaurant from a renowned British chef, Core By Clare Smyth is the country's first and only female-led restaurant with three Michelin stars. Championing sustainable food from the UK's top farmers and producers, this Notting Hill haunt is serving up unforgettable experiences.
Food here focuses on the seasonal, working with British farmers and fishermen to create a la carte menus, three-course feasts and set meals that feature rotational dishes. Clare Smyth's accolades include five AA rosettes, an MBE for services in hospitality and Michelin's Female Chef Of The Year. There's also a curated wine list of 400 bottles including Champagnes and choices from around the world.
