Taking up a plot on Kensington Park Road, HAYA is a restaurant ready to make waves. Fusing the cuisine and culture of the Mediterranean with a little Middle Eastern twist, guests to the eatery can expect unique small plates, inspired by the head chef's native home of Tel Aviv.
Open from breakfast through dinner, diners will be chowing down on some stunning plates of food, including homemade shakshuka and porridge with mango puree, as well as zaatar duck breast with freekeh risotto, and crispy prawns with spicy yoghurt.
And if it's just a few drinks you're stopping in for, their bar can sort you for excellent sipping options too. Their cocktail menu is set to incorporate classic concoctions with a few HAYA-specific twists, while their wine list puts the focus on Israeli and Old World bottles, with a few organic offerings to boot.
