The Ledbury

Description

The Ledbury can be found in the heart of Notting Hill and, in 2024, it gained 3 Michelin stars. The gorgeous dining space features textured walls, dark wooden furnishings and dangling, earthy foliage from the ceiling. It also has its own house Fungarium, which is unique to the eatery.

Food-wise, the focus is on showcasing seasonal ingredients in the form of tasting menus for around £225 per head. The produce is so local that the deer, Jersey cows and Iberian pigs are reared by none other than chef and owner Brett Graham himself.

The bustling kitchen is overseen by head chef Tom Spenceley, where you can find the likes of Ike Jime chalk stream trout with raspberry, cheery blossom wasabi and apple marigold being whipped up. Other tempting plates include veal sweetbread with Basque teardrop peas, vadouvan and kaffir lime, then 70% Crayfish Bary chocolate alongside kumquat and cherrywood lapsang to finish.
