What they say:
This latest addition to the Peckham dining scene produces South African-inspired plates with a creative twist. From french toast chocolate babka to pigs head tortellini, it's a little of what you recognise served up in an all new way. The pair aim to source as much of their produce locally as possible with some herbs and vegetables coming from their own garden.
What we say:
Couple team Amy Corbin and Patrick Williams are bringing their potjie pot to Peckham this January with the opening of new restaurant Kudu. This latest addition to the Queens Road area will serve up South African dishes made with seasonal produce. Williams, former sous chef at Paradise Garage, is a native South African, so naturally it's had a big impact on menu. Including Boerewors sausage, kudu bread with a choice of lardon butter or shrimp and seafood butter, there's some exciting new taste combos coming to Peckham in the New Year.
