Description
Cannon and Cannon, the British charcuterie experts, have already taken Borough Market by storm and are now focusing their attention on Camberwell with a permanent space. The group have opened Nape, a wine bar and deli that will specialise in British cuts of meat.
The venue has space for 45 which includes bar and booth seating and will be open as both a place to spend the evening or to take away their produce from the deli. With an emphasis on local products, the venue serves meats such as Hackney-made Fennel and cubeb pepper salami and Gloucester Old Spot Loin Speck. There are toasties if you fancy something a little more substantial with fillings including Welsh sobrasada, cow's curd and pickled fennel as well as Wiltshire Ham with Keen's Cheddar and leeks.
The wine list includes plenty of natural and biodynamic bottles and there will be a range of local beers.
