Inspired by the street food stalls of Ho Chi Minh City, Pho brings a taste of Vietnam to the UK. Named after the country's famous noodle soup, Pho is dedicated to fresh and healthy cooking in a welcoming and casual setting. The family-run business is now over a decade old and is still making a name for itself with dishes such as vermicelli rice noodles topped with beef, tiger prawns in veggie broth, and tonnes of vegan options.
