Lorne is a restaurant in Victoria which places equal importance on both food and wine. Created by sommelier Kate Exton and Chef Peter Hall, Lorne restaurant serves a British seasonal menu that changes regularly; expect dishes such as quail with butternut squash and mackerel with pickle cucumber and nasturtium.
