Located in the Westfield shopping centre, Byron White City features contemporary décor, providing a relaxing dining atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a tasty meal after a busy day of shopping.
Founded in 2007, Byron was inspired by the founder's journey to the USA and has been committed to revolutionising the burger industry ever since. Byron has made it their mission to serve their customers proper burgers.
Bryon have worked with Alden’s, a trusted family-run butcher since 1793, to create their signature Byron patties, using selected cuts of brisket, rib cap and chuck, which are then dry-aged to bring out their delicious meaty flavour. If beef isn’t what you’re looking for, Byron also offers chicken, as well as a huge array of vegetarian and vegan alternatives.
