Description
One of the world's best sushi chefs moved into his eponymous restaurant in White City, before full refurbishment over the spring and summer of 2024. Endo Kazutoshi is a third-generation sushi master whose father and grandfather continues to inspire him, meaning he has previously worked as the executive chef of Zuma restaurants, world-renowned El Bulli in Spain, and been involved in Ichibuns.
With sky-high views and a Michelin Star to boot, Endo At the Rotunda has only ten seats to ensure chef Endo can create a feeling of intimacy to match his 18-course omakase menu. The space itself features counter seating, a woodscape lounge area and an undulating paper ceiling for an ultra-contemporary design to top off the overall experience.
