Fusing Japanese, Korean and Scandinavian cuisine, Flat Three brings an innovative dining experience to an intimate basement space on Holland Park Ave. Menus are fresh and innovative, tying in neatly with a simple yet stylish interior which includes bespoke and vintage pieces.
The focus is on sharing plates. Sample the seven-course tasting menu (£65) if you want to dabble in a little bit of everything, or go your own way by opting for plates like the lobster tartar, sudachi and crumpets or short rib with oyster sauce and sea kale kimchee. The boozy beverages concentrate on wines from small producers, sakes and cocktails constructed using house-made tonics.
Flat Three is open for dinner throughout the week, and you can pop in for lunch from midday come Friday and Saturday.
