London’s demand for nutritional food seems to always be growing, and in response, former Noble Rot sommelier Eleanor Warder is opening a ‘lifestyle concept’ restaurant in The Atlas building.
With a focus on wholesome dining, Atis will feature individual menus from dawn till dusk, offering a variety of dishes across vegan, veggie and omnivore diets, but with a push on plant-forward creations. Offering both eat-in and takeaway options, the casual eatery has a menu of warm and cold salads, such as the Emperor bowl which takes inspiration from Asian flavours, the seasonal kale ploughman’s and the Indian Dahl-ing bowl. They also promise colourful plates of mushroom ragu, rainbow roots and the Azteca bowl to brighten your feasting.
To wash it down, a selection of cold-pressed juices and artisan coffee will be on the drinks list. These will be accompanied by alcohol-free beers and kombucha on tap.
