New Bar Spy - Burger & Beyond Shoreditch

The first bricks and mortar site for the geniuses behind Burger & Beyond, this Shoreditch High Street spot is serving up some of the jusiest burgers in the biz. It's not just the food that's good looking though, this sexy two-storey venue was designed by Run For The Hills - think modern black features and raw steel metal set against stone, vintage bricks and lime wash paint. Get cosy on cushioned leather banquettes, order at the huge concrete bar or head down to the basement where you'll find snug caves.

With over three years serving their infamous burgers at residencies from KERB to Street Feast and Camden Assembly, Burger & Beyond have created an extended menu with sides and small plates in the mix. Expect krispie fried chicken, deep-fried lamb nuggets with a burnt onion dip and cured egg yolk with lardo on toast, alongside sides like bone marrow gravy and cheese and truffle tots. There's even deep-fried blueberry pie if you have room for dessert.
