What we say:
We make ceviche one of the hottest foodie choices around at the moment, so Morales’ capture of a third venue could hardly have come at a better time. Mixing bona fide Peruvian fare with a little Shoreditch energy, this looks set to become a great asset to the already thriving Old Street scene.
