Genesis

Genesis is all about meat-free, GMO-free and organic dishes - set the backdrop off some uber-chic interiors. Located in the lively heart of Shoreditch, the restaurant is spread across two floors, with marble accents, copper detailing and pastel pink tiles. Founded by Alex and Oliver Santoro, the brains behind vegan food company Raw Imagination, you can expect delicious healthy dishes, with a focus on environmentally-conscious living and there's a real focus on ingredients that support organic farming practices.

Dishes leans towards sharing plates that have been inspired by travels across India, the Middle East and South East Asia. Think Tel Aviv cauliflower, Malaysian char kway teow and Indian aloo tikka chaat, alongside signature burgers and hot dogs. There's also indulgent desserts to be washed down with healthy drinks like kombucha, cold-pressed juices, or boozy options like organic beers and wines and craft cocktails from Longflint.
