Description

Nestled on St Anne's Court is chef Simon Rogan's Aulis, a twelve-seater Michelin star restaurant in Soho. It offers an exciting and interactive fine dining experience where each course is prepared in front of you and explained at every stage. The dishes adopt a 'farm-to-fork' ethos and are created by executive chef Oli Marlo and head chef Charlie Taylor. 

The dining room is a refined, modern space with sleek tiles, dark wooden cabinets and one curved table which guests are required to sit around to enjoy the £185 per head tasting menu. There's also additional seating should diners fancy a more relaxed experience too, with plates featuring ingredients sourced from Simon's Lake District farm, AKA 'Our Farm'.

Examples of moreish creations include truffle pudding caramelised in birch, seaweed custard with tendons, and braised belly with preserved beans, aerated black garlic and lamb fat crumb. As for sweet treats, you can expect the likes of Kendal mint cake, or roasted juniper fudge tartlet with preserved perilla.
