Bó Drake is a eatery and bar located on Soho's thriving Greek Street. It will be bringing an eclectic mix of influences picked up by owner Jan Lee throughout his formative years learning from his parents' cooking businesses in Scotland as well as his own personal travels throughout East Asia. The 50-cover restaurant will be cooks delicious East Asian BBQ dishes in a beautiful setting. Refusing to cover up any of the building's history, the bar and restaurant will plays up to the old 18th Century exposed brick walls, big beams and wooden floors, so that the end result is a fusion of British heritage design using quality materials and cool Asian style.
