In 2007, the founder aimed to turn his dreams into reality. After discovering the incredible burger scene in the USA, he realised that the UK was missing the ultimate burger experience. And, voila, Byron was born.
Byron handpicks the juiciest Brisket, Chuck, and Rip Cap cuts for their mouth-watering patties, aged to perfection, working with family-run butcher Alden’s to create the perfect signature Byron patty. While the burgers may be the main show, their sides do not disappoint. From their mac ‘n’ cheese to hot honey wings, to chicken tenders, Byron ensures that each bite leaves you wanting more.
