Description

Albert Adrià, who was named as the world's best pastry chef by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, now also heads up Hotel Café Royal's desert and Champagne bar in the heart of Soho. 

Cakes and Bubbles boasts many of the same signature dishes that are on offer at Adrià's famous Tickets restaurant in Barcelona, such as the oft-'grammed cheesecake, but there are also some new additions to the menu. Feast on golden egg flan, vegan chocolate cake and baklava pistachio pillows or enjoy a savoury selection of tomato tartar, salmon tartlets and avocado on toast. Washed down with a glass of bubbles, naturally.
