What they say:
Inspired by family run picanterias, Martin Morales takes his Ceviche inspired plight to a new Soho plot this July in London with the opening of new dining haunt, Casita Andina. Not only wowing palates with dishes the likes of sustainable black king fish and king prawns in chupe liquor, the two floor restaurant in the heart of Great Windmill Street is set to boast 58 covers alongside a pisco bar and terrace dining space.
What we say:
Having already put Ceviche to the test, and torn through the Peruvian menu in gorging style, this is sure to be a grand addition to the Soho dining scene. While the Central London restaurant market may appear overtly saturated and somewhat stuffy sometimes, Casita Andina is not only looking to burgeon the scene with unique Peruvian dishes, these plates are practically pieces of art that you can stuff into your face.
