Created by seafood enthusiast Fabian Clark, Claw serves up small plates in Soho, using ingredients sourced from Britain's own coastline.
Holding sustainability close to its heart, the restaurant uses only the freshest ingredients chefs can get their hands on, celebrating Britain's shorelines with every dish. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner at this Carnaby spot, with dishes including the famous crab mac and cheese, fried chicken with cod's roe and whole crab.
As with many of London's openings, Claw originally began as a market stall at some of London's biggest food markets. For a few months, the restaurant operated as a pop-up in Finsbury Square, working out of an old shipping container. The site in London's Carnaby area is Claw's first permanent spot.
